Someone else's tale about one of my SCPs that is downvoted and may be removed.
Jerome laid on the cold steel. He was shaking, he was drenched in blood. The knowledge of what he had become was overwhelming, he trembled at the thought that a creature such as himself could exist. As he lay in the crimson puddle he reminisced on the last few days on the dreaded station. He had been taken there by The Foundation on the premise that he would part of an experiment on a recently acquired subject.
-”Oh goody”- He remarked sarcastically.
-”Now..”- He interrupted his words with a quick glance at the clipboard -
-”Mister Ramirez, don’t be so negative as you must know already everything we do here is only f—”
-”For the good of mankind, I know, yadda yadda yadda”- He interrupted.
-”Well” -replied the doctor, noticeably annoyed at his behaviour- “If you are so impatient to begin the procedure then i suggest you go into the next room and put this on”-
He handed Jerome an operation gown.
Jerome wondered at that moment how he had gotten himself into this mess, he knew that he was sentenced to life at the local penitentiary, what he didn’t understand was why government operatives had come to him offering him freedom on the condition that he participate in an experiment for a classified branch of the “ole guv” as his, now deceased, father used to put it.
As he changed he spotted the doctor talking to one of his colleagues. “Fucking negro” he heard him say. On any other day, this would have caused a violent outburst on his part, but he understood that he needed to comply with these people if he was ever going to resume being a free man.
He thought that after the first experiment dealing with a deadly creature he was done, but a lot more suffering was ahead of him. He had already been, as they put it, “a fundamental part of The Foundation” for three years, and it seemed this was the end of the road. They had informed him that they had finished working with him and after this experiment he would truly be free. He didn’t care, he had already lost hope.
-”Okay Jerome, now that you’re suited up, follow me” - A different, albeit friendlier doctor told him.
As they moved through the blank corridors Jerome was sure this couldn’t be any different, he had already seen everything there was to see. He felt nothing could surprise him.
He seemed surprised when he finally laid eyes on the new object. They were robotic arms, aimed downwards at an operating table, the complex circuitry and mechanical structures were visible.
-”Hop on” -Said the doctor accompanying him.
Strangely enough, he felt no reluctance to “hop on”
-”Might as well get it over with” - He muttered to himself
That was the worst mistake he ever made, had he known what was going to happen to him, he would have tried to escape, he would have attacked the bystanders, he would have at least got himself killed. The pain was excruciating, the machine opened him, sans anesthesia, and began by pulling out his heart and lungs, after which he blacked out.
Only to be revived moments later, after having been inserted a new organ, one that was more powerful. Procedures of this kind continued, he was flayed and mutilated. His bones realigned and restructured to turn him into a quadrupedal freak. Barbs lined his skin, he no longer had fingers, instead claws.
The pain had robbed him of his ability to do anything except scream.
He was no longer a man. He was a monster.

End Log
This thing needs some serious work if it's gonna last here. If you wanna make it disturbing, let's take into an account an oft-forgotten detail about Asian dragons:
They're nice.
Yes, this thing still animates when exposed to blood of any kind (test log was redundant. Blood makes it move, type seems irrelevant. We get it), and it will attempt to procure more fresh samples however possible, but in the mean time the thing is not only docile, it's sentient and highly intelligent. It wants to help people, not hurt them, but its survival instinct dictates that it's gotta cut veins to live, and it hates that. It kills people (directly or indirectly) because it has to, not because it wants to, which it doesn't, but it doesn't exactly like dying, either. This thing might also possess information the Foundation might find useful, and it would be more than happy to provide it, but its efforts are made difficult by its need for blood and possibly the fact that its mode of communication is an old dialect of written Chinese, which is a b████
to translate, if I understand correctly.

SCP-xxxx while stationary. |
Item #: SCP-xxxx
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-xxxx is to be housed at Site 19, Hazardous Lifeforms Wing. SCP-xxxx requires a 50m x 50m x 50m airtight steel cell without any form of lighting, or method via which light could enter apart from during testing. Under no circumstances is glass or silicon in any form to be allowed into SCP-xxxx's cell. In event of an escape attempt personal are to be armed with nonlethal (sticky-spray) guns to project a chemical glue without breaking SCP-xxxx specimens upon impact leading to it increasing in size. Under no circumstances are conventional weapons to be used against SCP-xxxx. In event of full uncontainable breach, Site personal are authorized to detonate the on-site nuclear warhead to prevent spread.
Description: SCP-xxxx is a creature consisting of at present ██ tons of glass and assorted silicon objects, primarily damaged. SCP-xxxx is powered by light striking the glass which makes up it's body, the intensity of the light influencing the speed and agility with which SCP-xxxx can move itself. Movement is accomplished by means of glass fragments sliding around each other to extend and retract compounds of SCP-xxxx. Due to the traction achievable by

Item #: SCP-xxxx
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-xxxx is to be contained in a 6m x 6m holding cell with the door set one (1) meter above the surface of the cell floor at Site ██. SCP-xxxx is to be prevented from coming into contact with human tissue to keep it from activating.
In the event that SCP-xxxx activates, personal are to remain outside the holding cell and wait for two (2) hours until SCP-xxxx shuts down.
Description: SCP-xxxx is an apparently biomechanical robot approximately eleven (11) centimeters across, five (5) centimeters wide and eight (8) centimeters tall. SCP-753 possesses two (2) pincer-like limbs protruding from its spherical torso, which it uses to locomote by means of gripping the ground ahead of it and dragging itself along. Due to the ineffectiveness of said method of movement SCP-xxxx has a maximum speed slightly slower than a walking human adult and is unable to climb.
SCP-xxxx possess a central, apparently organic eye behind which is a one (1) centimeter slot referred to here as SCP-xxxx-2. If over one (1) gram of biologic tissue belonging to a living creature is inserted into SCP-xxxx-2 SCP-xxxx will animate and proceed to attempt to seek out and attack the creature from which the tissue was taken, by means of repeatedly pinching it. However if left active for over two (2) hours in such a state SCP-xxxx will shut down. Upon shutdown the gram of tissue within SCP-xxxx-2 will have vanished.
Test Subject |

Image of a SCP-xxxx specimen. |
Item #: SCP-xxxx
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: A Foundation laboratory ship as well as two (2) patrol ships are stationed in the region of sea surrounding SCP-xxxx at a range of no less than ten (10) kilometers. The area surrounding the site of SCP-xxxx in a radius of twelve (12) kilometers is marked as off-limits on all official maps. Satellite photos of the area are to be edited to remove foundation ships. At present SCP-xxxx specimens has shown no signs of spreading.
Description: SCP-xxxx are a swarm of an unknown number of bio-mechanical pack-hunting robots built to identical design specifications. Each SCP-xxxx specimen is six (6) centimeters long, possesses four limbs, two resembling calipers and used as legs and two arms which consist of segmented metal tentacles ending in tripod-fingered grippers. SCP-xxxx specimens also have a single "eye" located on their fronts consisting of a glass lens. SCP-xxxx specimens are powered by means of a miniaturized sodium/mercury battery (with the sodium provided by extraction from seawater) inside their backs. How said battery is charged is unknown. Due to saltwater being needed for the recharging of their batteries this renders SCP-xxxx unable to operate out of water for longer than about half an hour depending on the level of charge in their batteries.
Beneath their metal shells SCP-xxxx have a complex network of apparently organic muscle tissue which is electrically shocked into movement to serve as motors. DNA testing of samples of muscle tissue reveal it to be biological in origin apparently extracted from a wide variety of subjects. SCP-xxxx specimens prevents their organic parts from suffering necrosis by means of injections of oxygen extracted from water and a preservative gel consisting of an unknown gelatinous blue substance. SCP-xxxx specimens possess computerized "brains" consisting of [DATA EXPUNGED] apparently based on quantum entanglement as a method of data storage as well as pieces of nerve and brain tissue removed from victims. Attempts to replicate said "brains" or read its contents has proven unsuccessful in all cases.
SCP-xxxx's abnormal trait, besides the technology required to create them comes into effect when they encounter a living animal of over 5-30% of the mass of a single specimen. Upon contact defined here as coming within one (1) meter of a suitable victim multiple SCP-xxxx specimens will swarm the victim using elaborate tactics such as pack-hunting, ambushing and [DATA EXPUNGED] to capture the victim. Once victims have been captured they are disabled by being held down, damage done to limbs or hamstringing.
Upon the victim being disabled the SCP-xxxx specimens will extend miniaturized surgical tools including scalpels, stitching equipment and hypodermics from their underbellies and proceed to remove nerve and musculature tissue from the victim. Said tissue is then grafted into the SCP-xxxx specimens. Due to the precision of tissue removal victims have occasionally survived although extreme brain damage leaves them in a vegetative state. All personal as such effected by SCP-xxxx in such a manner are to be terminated.
History: On ██/██/20██ a six (6) meter disc shaped device made of corroded iron was found by citizen divers. Upon the divers approaching it to within one (1) meter it proceeded to unfold multiple hatches along its upper surface from which it ejected a swarm of an unknown number of SCP-xxxx specimens. Since then it has not reacted to any stimuli. Tests on it have revealed it to simply consist of a hollow iron disc with pressure sensors to detect movement around it linked to hydraulics which would open the hatches if movement was detected.

SCP-xxxx observing camera. |
Item #: SCP-xxxx
Object Class: Keter
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-xxxx is to be contained in a secure, waterproofed and padded holding cell in Research Site-██. SCP-xxxx is not to be removed from its cell unless approved by a Level Three or higher personnel, before which SCP-xxxx must be heavily sedated. Even so, at such times SCP-xxxx is to be accompanied by ten (10) level one guards armed with EMP weaponry.
SCP-xxxx’s cell should be monitored at all times via an armored security camera. Should another suicide attempt occur, Doctor ████ is to be alerted at once, and Class-D personal armed with EMP weaponry are to enter cell and deactivate SCP-xxxx.
Description: SCP-xxxx is a formerly human cybernetic organism created by the Church of the Broken God by remove of multiple organ systems and their replacement with mechanical substitutes, many of which are apparently exceed modern human technology. A list of alterations can be seen below.
Alteration |
Apparent Usage |
Left eye removed and replaced with inferred camera, covered in lens of mirrored plastic. |
Improvements to sight and protection of eye. |
Right eye covered in lens of mirrored plastic. No camera implanted. |
Protection of eye. |
Lower jaw and teeth removed, metal frame and two (2) speakers implanted in its place. |
Framework exists to hold "mask" in place and speakers are presumably used for communication. |
"Mask" consisting of an altered gas-mask bolted onto metal frame replacing lower jaw, and forehead. Alterations include large quantities of apparently unnecessary segmented metal tubing, and metal reinforcements. |
Armoring. |
Parietal lobe of brain removed, replaced with complex unidentified array of computer chips. How said chips are interfaced into the organic portions of the brain is unknown. |
Presumably integrates input from altered senses. |
Frontal lobe of brain [DATA EXPUNGED]. |
[DATA EXPUNGED]. |
Ears, hair, [REDIRECTED] including testicles, external nose and much of the skin on the body underneath mechanical parts removed. |
Unnecessary. |
Both arms removed at lower elbow, muscles connected to operate extended plastic and metal pinchers. |
Unknown as the pinchers lack pressure sensory organs and are not as articulated as human hands. |
Segmented armor composed of iron and black plastic covers much of the torso and arms. |
Armoring, prevents exposed muscle tissue underneath it from contact with air leading to decay. |
Two tanks, similar to SCUBA gear air tanks containing [DATA EXPUNGED] are implanted in the back, on either side of the spinal cord. Tubing connects them with the esophagus. |
Apparently serve as an external digestive system. |
Legs have been removed at knees, mechanical replacements operated by linked organic muscles implanted. Replacements have only two toes per foot, each equipped with a four (4) centimeter steel claw. Entire leg surface has been armored similarly to the torso. |
Legs are slightly shortened compared to original human ones, SCP-xxxx frequently reverts to a quadruped method of locomotion. |
History: SCP-xxxx was created from the body of Agent ████████ (identified via DNA testing of SCP-xxxx organic portions) following his capture on ██/██/████ by Broken God cultists during a foundation raid on [DATA EXPUNGED] a Church front organization. Following capture SCP-xxxx was surgically modified by implantation with unidentified machinery apparently in an attempt to forcibly alter it for the purpose of [DATA EXPUNGED]. SCP-xxxx was captured six (6) weeks later following a secondary raid in which it was used in combat against MTF Delta-5.
