Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be stored in sixteen (16) fifteen (15) twelve (12) tubular shatter-resistant glass vials encased in a translucent case constructed specifically for the subject’s containment. The translucent case is to be kept in a vacuum sealed glass dome with a diameter of 6m. This dome ensures safe observation of SCP-XXXX as it is highly contagious and its means of transmission are still partially unknown. In the event of a containment malfunction the entire containment facility is to be quarantined after all Level 5 personnel on the premises are safely evacuated.
Description: SCP-XXXX is the collection of sixteen (16) fifteen (15) twelve (12) blood samples obtained at the █████ crash site and the affected areas near it. The samples contain a bacteria (SCP-XXXX-1) that was first discovered in mass quantities on the surface of the [DATA EXPUNGED] (SCP-XXXX-2) recovered from the crash site on January 23rd 20██ in ████ Russia.
During testing one (1) vial of the sample was removed from containment by one (1) Class D personnel (SCP-XXXX-3) in plain clothing and transported, by the Class D personnel, to a separate room for testing by six (6) Level 4 staff members in complete certified hazmat suits. SCP-XXXX-3 was then quarantined in an air tight cement room complete with a two-way mirror on each of the four (4) walls. SCP-XXXX-3 was then observed by four (4) Level 4 personnel whom were behind the two-way mirrors. SCP-XXXX-3's death was recorded as "expected with unexpected and mysterious preseadings" by it's observers. The autopsy revealed that he had died of a crushed larynx. Two (2) of the four (4) Level 4 personnel that observed SCP-XXXX-3 complained of a loud whistling noise immediately after leaving the room of observation. One (1) of the two (2) (SCP-XXXX-4) had to stop the after-experiment interview because the whistling was too loud to continue.
The six (6) Level 4 personnel that tested the sample of SCP-XXXX in hazmat suits reported that they could not locate SCP-XXXX-1’s infectious properties or its mode of transmission. Three (3) of the six (6) testers came into physical contact with the sample during handling (while wearing their hazmat suits), all three (3) reported lightheaded feelings and dizziness after relinquishing contact.
Addendum-1: The first recorded case of illness traced back to SCP-XXXX-1 was among one of the police officers assigned to guard SCP-XXXX-2 at the █████ crash site. Official reports issued by The ██████ ████ Department (the first responders to the crash) stated that the only officials on site not in full hazmat suits were the policemen. On January 24th the k9 unit’s Sergeant Vladamere Ashtokov was reported to be admitted into the ████ Hospital with “severe flu like symptoms”. Official reports obtained from the hospital state his death took place twenty (20) minutes after he was admitted. Autopsy reports show that no direct cause of death was found but there was some type of unknown bacteria located in the blood that was deemed a possible factor. Hospital reports that take place after the autopsy show a spike in patients admitted and sudden deaths among patients. In over ninety (90) percent of the cases the bacteria was found upon autopsy.
The Foundation was contacted overnight. On the morning of January 25th 20██ the entire city of ████ Russia was quarantined. The city's estimated infected population by The Foundation's researchers at that point was over sixty (60) percent. Agents obtained the samples under cover as medical engineers working on a vaccine.

Foreword: About the observation of SCP-XXXX-3 during testing.

Dr. Jamison: Did the Class D say anything while he was contained?
SCP-XXXX-4: No he just…(SCP-XXXX-4 cringes) do you hear that?
Dr. Jamison: What are you hearing?
SCP-XXXX-4: That whistling (SCP-XXXX-4 grabs his ears) you cant hear that?
Dr.Jamison: I don't hear anything, can you explain what it sounds like?
SCP-XXXX-4: No (SCP-XXXX-4 closes his eyes and shakes his head) I cant take it anymore… We have to stop this

Closing Statement: SCP-XXXX-4 was later able to finish the interview after the whistling permanently subsided.
Addendum-3:
Dr. Jamison's Extra Test
Date of test: 3/██/20██
Subject Name: SCP-XXXX-5
Description: On 3/██/20██ Dr. Jamison officially requested to be put in charge of a second testing session on a sample of SCP-XXXX. Dr. Jamison was granted three (3) vials of SCP-XXXX (SCP-XXXX-5) and six (6) Class D personnel to carry out his test. Six (6) Level 4 personnel were to observe the test and assist the doctor.
All Class D personnel were held in a sterile concrete walled containment room equipped with six (6) high definition security cameras installed on the ceiling, each one facing a different bed. The Class D personnel were fastened to the six (6) different beds with leather straps 5cm thick and heart rate monitors were strapped to their chests. Three (3) Level 4 personnel then entered the room with SCP-XXXX-5 in hand after undergoing complete sterilization. Full one (1) vial doses of SCP-XXXX-5 were then injected directly into the bloodstream of three (3) of the Class D personnel simultaneously. After SCP-XXXX-5 was distributed the Level 4 personnel then observed the live video feeds of the cameras while safely in another room (one (1) watching each camera feed). Two (2) hours into the observation, one (1) of the personnel injected with the sample (SCP-XXXX-5A) started to sweat immensely and then he twisted and strained in attempts to brake his restraints. The other two (2) that were injected (SCP-XXXX-5B & SCP-XXXX-5C) saw him act this way and then began to make similar motions, also attempting to brake their restraints. After twenty (20) minutes SCP-XXXX-5A suddenly started convulsing. When the convulsing ceased Level 4 personnel in full hazmat suits removed SCP-XXXX-5A from the room and he was later confirmed to be dead, cranial trauma was found to be a factor. Two (2) minutes passed then SCP-XXXX-5B's nose was reported to have started bleeding. The Level 4 personnel observed that the nose bleed was only getting worse as time passed. Four (4) minutes after the nose bleed started SCP-XXXX-5B appeared to "pass out", he was later presumed dead, autopsy reports showed that his body had one third (1/3) the amount of blood needed for the human body to function. Thirty (30) seconds after SCP-XXXX-5B's death SCP-XXXX-5C was reported, by the observers, to have a "disgruntled look on his face with clenched teeth". The Level 4 personnel witnessed his hands clench into fists as his breathing sped up. Once his breathing finally slowed the subject closed his eyes and rested his head on the bed. SCP-XXXX-5C was also presumed dead, an imploded pulmonary artery being the cause.
The Class D personnel that were not injected with SCP-XXXX-5 maintained stable vital signs for exactly twelve (12) hours after exposure to the infected personnel. At hour twelve (12) all three (3) of the non-injected subjects appeared to show "symptoms similar to the flu" according to the Level 4 personnel present. Seconds after, all three (3) of the subjects' heart rate monitors read zero (0) beats per second. The subjects remained conscious for a full ten (10) minutes after their heartbeats had stopped. At the ten (10) minute mark all three (3) Class D personnel closed their eyes simultaneously. No cause of death was found during autopsy of the three (3) but SCP-XXXX-1 was confirmed to be present in each of them.
