Description:SCP-XXXX-1 is an iceberg located off the coast of █████. SCP-XXXX-1 seems to follow an irregular path, continuously changing direction not in accordance with the currents. This is the quality that brought it to the attention of the Foundation, where upon closer examination an Agent discovered SCP-XXXX-2.
SCP-XXXX-2 is a humanoid entity frozen beneath 1.5 m of ice in the center of the iceberg. This entity is described has been described as a human male of the mid 20's age bracket. The entity wears a porcelain mask over the face. The anomalous physical property of SCP-XXXX-2 is bone 'roots' protruding out of the forehead and base of the skull. SCP-XXXX-2 in a restful state is in a fetal position, floating in a section of unfrozen water, designated SCP-XXXX-3.
The nature of SCP-XXXX was discovered in 19(REDACTED), when SCP-XXXX-1 collided with a small island in the (REDACTED) ocean.
Once contact was acheived, SCP-XXXX-2 was observed to uncurl from its fetal position until its limbs were splayed out. Once this position is attained, the roots at the base of its skull will begin to grow and multiply inside the SCP-XXXX-1. When the roots breach SCP-XXXX-1, They will converge on the landmass SCP-XXXX-1 has collided with and enter the earth. Once the roots have buried approximately 2 km into the landmass, the land will begin to (REDACTED). Under no circumstances should this be allowed to occur.
Experiment XXXX-1: In an attempt to more carefully observe SCP-XXXX-2, an experiment was approved by the Level-4 coordinator to melt the ice covering the entity with a specially designed laser until it would be possible to remove the entity with ice picks and drills. The following is a transcript of the events:

0:01:02 Approxmately .1 metres of ice have been melted. It is unknown why the ice was more resistant to heating than the control tests on regular ice.
0:05:31 Approximately .2 metres have now been melted. The ice seems to be becoming more and more resistant to the laser the closer it gets to SCP-XXXX-2.
0:15:07 .4 metres of ice has been melted.
0:16:12 Movement of SCP-XXXX-2 observed by D-Class, Experiment paused.
1:15:09 Experiment resumed after no movement observed for 1 hour.
1:33:42 .7 metres melted.

2:47:26 Ice now melted to a breakable thickness. 4 D-Class descend into melted crater to begin shattering the ice.
2:58:54 Ice breached. SCP-XXXX-2 is seen to move extremely quickly, grabbing 2 D-Class and pulling them into the SCP-XXXX-3. The D-Class are observed to vanish completely. SCP-XXXX-2 then repeats with the others. The 3 agents on duty then open fire on SCP-XXXX-2. SCP-XXXX-2 rises and walks out of the crater. (REDACTED). All remains are deposited in SCP-XXXX-3.
Addendum: After the events of experiment XXXX-1, SCP-XXXX-1 has been observed to have grown approximately 7 tons.
