here is a little place for where my ideas can go.

+ Item of Pain

an SCP that causes very painful but minor injuries. stubbed toe, hit your shin, papercuts, funny bone hit, leaves small lego pieces on the floor for you to step on. Tripping on a step, splinters, ect ect.

+  Rotting Horse

Horse that appears fine, but develops fatal sickness or life-threatening illness, requiring it to be put down. once an attempt is made to euthanize horse, and is successful, clinically dead horse reanimates, and things get ugly.
