SCP-XXXX close up photo. |
---|
Object Class: Safe
Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is to be kept in isolation from all staff. SCP-XXXX is to be held in a 6x6x6m cell with one plexiglass wall for observation purposes. The room must be kept at a tempurature that is not more than 0 degrees Celsius (32 degrees Fahrenheit.) If containment is breached, that area of the facility will be under lock down. All personnel who come in contact with the subject must be held for 48 hours under observation and given a psychological evaluation.
Description:
Specimen appears to be a woman in her mid-twenties, 1.5m tall, with white eyes and white skin. Very little is known of the creature's origin. The subject was found in St. ████████, Russia in 1926. An alarmingly high increase of suicide rates in the city led the SCP Foundation to investigate. Capture of SCP-XXXX was difficult as it has an ability to cause the organisms around it to fall into clinical depression. After a breach of its cell in the Siberian facility, the specimen was transferred to Site ██ in 1972 and has remained there to present day.
The subject remains unresponsive to sound, visual stimuli, and does not appear to need food or sleep. It never speaks to our staff members, but the creature cries for several hours and sob loudly. Occasionally, it will yell in various languages including French, German, Cherokee, English, Japanese and Russian all with perfect fluency and accent. This may indicate that the specimen is nomadic in nature.
Interviewed: [SCP-XXXX]
Interviewer: [Dr. ████████]
<Begin Log, [█/██/████ 8:00]>
Dr.: Why are you crying?
SCP-XXXX: (Note: SCP-XXXX does not appear aware of interviewer) Ma soeur? Qui est-ce que tu avez tué? Pour qua est-ce que tu es triste? Qu'est-ce que tu es?
Dr.: Can you understand me?
SCP-XXXX: I cannot see! Why have my tears blinded me? Cry as I do, I give my heart unto you, my rising sun!
Dr.: Who is your "rising sun"?
SCP-XXXX: He who is blind may take to the sky, does not see. Rising sun's heart doth not belong to me! (continues crying)
<End Log, [█/██/███ 8:02]>
Closing Statement: [Subject remains unresponsive to direct questioning, from now on, records of her outbursts will be written and kept. No further attempts at interviewing specimen are recommended at this point.]
