Special Containment Procedures: SCP-1119 is to be encased in a protective plastic case, and must be kept inside of a lock box, measured 1x1x1. Contact with phone by personnel other than D-class is forbidden, and may be punishable by execution. testing on the phone requires level 4 clearance. Testing must take place during the day, between 12:00pm-6:00pm only. If the number ██████████ is calling, testing must be immediately terminated. If SCP-1119 is found outside the plastic casing, any contact whatsoever is forbidden until SCP-1119 is examined with the casing on again.
Description: SCP-1119 is a standard cellular phone, which resembles a phone model made by the company "Kyocera". Any button pushed on SCP-1119 has no effect, so any examination of SCP-1119s software is impossible. The model is named "Innuendo", or SCP-6780. It has not been proven that the model name ties with its anomalous affects, or if its a coincidence. SCP-1119 was confiscated from a local █████ store, on ██/██/███████. The store denies ever selling this type of phone, or ever noticing it in the shop. After further examination of shipping records to the store, It has been confirmed that all incoming shipments did not carry this device. After vigorous testing, SCP-1119 seems to receive phone calls from numbers that don't exist. When a number calls, the effect varies to whoever picks up (Refer to Test Log, SCP-1119). it is unsure if the effect is reflecting the subjects worst fear, or if purely random.

Update: Dr. Fall has ceased testing on SCP-1119 and sent SCP-1119 to 05-████ and 05-████ for further examination.
