Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXX is to be sealed in a soundproof box measuring no more than 15cm x 15cm x 45cm, designed in such a way to prevent accidental operation of SCP-XXX. It is recommended that the containment cell for SCP-XXX has additional soundproofing at a 50 yard radius from the storage unit to prevent unneeded exposure to SCP-XXX's effect. The containment cell for SCP-XXX must be guarded by at least two armed guards at all times, except when using D-Class personnel to 'soak' SCP-XXX's occasional emminations.
